SuRo Capital Corp. will officially change its name to Neostellar Capital Corp. effective July 1, 2026. The company's common stock trading symbol will change from SSSS to NSLR on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The company's 6.00% Notes due 2026 will change their trading symbol from SSSSL to NSLRL. The Board of Directors approved the name change and the adoption of Third Amended and Restated Bylaws to reflect the new name. Stockholder approval was not required for these corporate governance updates.
