Rennova Health subsidiaries, Biohealth Medical Laboratory, PB Laboratories, and EPIC Reference Labs, lost a lawsuit against Cigna Health and were ordered to pay $7.3 million.

FOXO Technologies Inc. and Scott County Community Hospital, Inc. have guaranteed a $22 million senior secured note issued by Rennova Community Health, Inc. to Rennova Health, Inc.

Rennova Health, Inc. has agreed to exchange its equity in two subsidiaries, Myrtle Recovery Centers and Rennova Community Health, for a combination of FOXO Technologies common and preferred stock, potentially making Rennova the controlling shareholder of FOXO.

Rennova Health has extended the expiration date for some Series B warrants while a significant number of other warrants expired, reducing potential dilution.
