Fire Lucky Investment Co., Ltd., controlled by Dawei Yuan, has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of mF International Limited's Class B Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 68.3% of the total outstanding Ordinary Shares, for US$7.8 million.
