Fresh Tracks Therapeutics has terminated its exclusive license agreement with Carna Biosciences, effective March 1, 2024, ending their collaboration on STING inhibitors.

Fresh Tracks Therapeutics' stockholders did not approve the proposed plan of liquidation and dissolution at a special meeting held on February 15, 2024.

Fresh Tracks Therapeutics intends to dissolve and distribute remaining cash to stockholders after failing to find a merger partner or secure financing.
