Ziff Davis, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Connectivity division to Accenture Inc. The sale price is $1.2 billion in cash, subject to customary closing adjustments. The Connectivity division includes globally recognized brands such as Ookla, Speedtest, Ekahau, Downdetector, and RootMetrics. In 2025, the Connectivity division generated $231 million in revenues, representing approximately 16% of Ziff Davis's total revenues. The transaction is expected to close in the coming months, pending regulatory approvals and satisfaction of closing conditions. Proceeds from the sale will be used for general corporate purposes and to fund capital allocation activities.
