BCRG Group's audit reports for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2025, and 2024, included an explanatory paragraph indicating substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. There were no disagreements or reportable events between WinVest and BCRG Group, except for previously disclosed material weaknesses in internal control over financial reporting. WinVest did not consult with S&E prior to their appointment regarding accounting principles or potential audit opinions.
