Jonathan H. Baksht will assume the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Westlake Chemical Partners LP on June 15, 2026. Baksht will also join the Board of Directors of the General Partner, Westlake Chemical Partners GP LLC. The incoming CFO will simultaneously serve as the CFO of the parent company, Westlake Corporation. Current CFO M. Steven Bender will transition to the role of Special Advisor to the President on June 15, 2026, before retiring later in the year.
