Braden Glasbergen resigned as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary of Waste Energy Corp. effective June 30, 2026, due to personal reasons. The company appointed Scott Gallagher as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2026. W. Scott McBride was appointed as Interim Treasurer and Secretary, effective July 1, 2026. Scott Gallagher, currently Chairman, President, and CEO, has prior experience as a CFO for other public companies. W. Scott McBride, a current director, has previous experience as a secretary and treasurer for other organizations. Neither interim appointee will receive additional compensation for these roles.
