The VanEck Avalanche ETF (the "Trust") announced its first cash distribution totaling $140,003. This distribution represents the net proceeds from AVAX staking rewards earned by the Trust. The period for earning these rewards spans from January 8, 2026, to June 30, 2026. Shareholders of record on July 7, 2026, will receive the distribution, which will be paid on July 8, 2026. Shares will trade ex-dividend starting July 7, 2026. The distribution amount is net of applicable fees, costs, expenses, taxes, liabilities, reserves, Staking Provider Consideration, and Custodian Staking Facilitation Fees.
