Net revenues increased 25% to $503.8 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. System-wide same-store sales (SSS) grew 8.2% during the quarter. Income from continuing operations rose 18% to $45.3 million. Diluted earnings per share increased 17% to $0.35. Adjusted EBITDA increased 28% to $133.6 million. The company completed the acquisition of Breeze Autocare for $637.4 million on December 1, 2025.
