The feasibility study confirms the technical and economic viability of the CK Gold Project in Laramie County, Wyoming. The project is designed as an open-pit mine with a nominal processing rate of 20,000 short tons per day. The mine life is estimated at approximately 8.5 years, followed by two years of stockpile reclamation. Proven and Probable Mineral Reserves are estimated at 74.5 million short tons, containing 1.015 million ounces of gold and 260 million pounds of copper. The project requires an initial capital expenditure of $394 million, with an after-tax IRR of 27% and a 2.5-year payback period.
