The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors approved a base salary increase for Vice President Preston Yarborough to $250,000 per annum. An amendment to the original employment agreement dated July 23, 2021, was executed on April 22, 2026. This new amendment replaces and terminates the previous salary amendment dated June 27, 2024.
