John Achille, formerly Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer. Achille will maintain oversight of Installation Services, Specialty Distribution, Supply Chain, and growth initiatives including M&A. He will continue to report directly to CEO Robert Buck. The promotion is effective as of April 1, 2026.
