Teladoc Health, Inc. increased its Board of Directors to nine members. Susan R. Salka was appointed as a new director, effective March 30, 2026. Ms. Salka will serve on the Board's audit committee and compensation committee. She is deemed an independent director within NYSE listing standards and an audit committee financial expert under SEC and NYSE rules. Ms. Salka's appointment follows the retirements of Eric Evans and Thomas McKinley and the prior appointment of Michael Smith.
