ADAC-STRATTEC, LLC, a majority-owned joint venture of Strattec Security Corporation, entered into an Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with BMO Bank N.A. on April 30, 2026. This new agreement replaces the Prior JV Credit Agreement dated June 28, 2012. Strattec Security Corporation is no longer a borrower, guarantor, or credit support party under the new agreement. All previous guarantees, liens, and obligations related to the prior agreement have been terminated and released.
