Sterling Infrastructure held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 7, 2026. Stockholders elected eight directors: William T. Bosway, Roger A. Cregg, Joseph A. Cutillo, Julie A. Dill, Dana C. O'Brien, B. Andrew Rose, David S. Schulz, and Dwayne A. Wilson. The compensation of named executive officers was approved on an advisory basis. Grant Thornton, LLP was ratified as the independent registered public accounting firm for the 2026 fiscal year. A total of 26,932,290 shares were represented at the meeting out of 30,680,734 shares outstanding.
