Solidion Technology, Inc. has announced a new date for its first annual meeting of stockholders since its Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation became effective. The Annual Meeting is now scheduled for September 15, 2026. A deadline of July 9, 2026, has been set for the receipt of any stockholder proposals intended for inclusion in the proxy materials. Stockholders intending to nominate directors or submit proposals outside of Rule 14a-8 must also provide notice by July 9, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Stockholders who intend to solicit proxies for a director nominee other than the Company's nominee must provide notice by July 17, 2026, in compliance with Rule 14a-19.
