Jonathan Beaulier was appointed as Snowflake's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective March 31, 2026. Beaulier succeeds Michael Gannon, who is departing the company for personal reasons. Michael Gannon will receive certain cash payments and provide transitional consulting services, with his outstanding equity awards continuing to vest during his consulting period. Beaulier has served as Snowflake's GVP, U.S. Majors Sales since August 2024, and previously as VP of Sales – Financial Services & Insurance from February 2022 to August 2024. Snowflake reaffirmed its guidance for the first quarter and full-year of fiscal 2027, which was originally issued on February 25, 2026.
