Snap Inc. increased the size of its board of directors from twelve to thirteen members. Luke Wood, former President of Beats by Dr. Dre and VP at Apple, was appointed as a new independent director effective May 20, 2026. Mr. Wood currently serves as CEO of Violet St Holdings, LLC and sits on the board of Fender Musical Instruments Corp. The appointment does not include committee assignments at this time.
