SkyWater Technology and IonQ received a Second Request for information from the FTC on April 24, 2026. The request extends the HSR Act waiting period until 30 days after both parties substantially comply with the request. The merger is still anticipated to close in the second or third quarter of 2026. Both companies intend to cooperate fully with the FTC review process.
