Robert Alex Walsh appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Skillz Inc., effective July 13, 2026. Mr. Walsh joins from Aristocrat Gaming, where he served as CFO. Outgoing CFO Gaetano Franceschi will remain in an advisory capacity through September 30, 2026. Mr. Walsh's compensation package includes a $450,000 base salary, a $450,000 annual target incentive, and $400,000 in total equity awards for 2026.
