Food and paper costs as a percentage of Shack sales increased to 28.5% in fiscal 2025 from 28.2% in fiscal 2024, primarily due to unfavorable menu mix and increased commodity costs, mainly beef. Labor and related expenses as a percentage of Shack sales decreased to 25.9% in fiscal 2025 from 28.1% in fiscal 2024, driven by labor efficiencies and sales leverage. The 53rd week in fiscal 2025 contributed $47.3 million to System-wide sales and $13.3 million to digital sales.
