Mark Ciarfella, Executive Vice President, U.S. Operations of SBA Communications Corporation, provided notice of his intent to retire. His retirement from current title and roles at the Company and its subsidiaries will be effective December 31, 2026. Mr. Ciarfella will remain as a non-executive employee through March 7, 2027, to support the transition of his responsibilities.
