Red River Bancshares, Inc. appointed A. Peyton Bush, IV and R. Chance DeWitt, M.D. to the Board of Directors effective May 28, 2026. The new directors fill vacancies created by the retirement of founding director Kirk D. Cooper and a previous director resignation. Both appointees were named to the Directors' Loan Committee of Red River Bank. The Board size is now ten directors. The appointees will stand for election at the 2027 annual meeting of shareholders.
