Readvantage Corp. has appointed two new members, David Gaertner and David Mutina, to its Board of Directors. Both directors will serve until their successors are elected or until their earlier resignation or removal. David Gaertner, 42, brings experience in technology business development and operations. David Mutina, 44, has a background in project management and technology operations, including software implementation. Neither appointee has any compensatory arrangements with the company related to their directorship. There are no disclosed related-party transactions or family relationships between the new directors and existing management or board members. At the time of their appointment, neither director was assigned to any board committee.
