Net income rose to $19.7 million, or $1.13 per diluted share, from $12.9 million, or $0.73 per diluted share, in the prior year period. Organic sales volumes grew by approximately 3%, while acquisitions contributed 4% to revenue growth. Adjusted EBITDA was $72.5 million, up from $69.0 million in Q1 2025. The company initiated a new 2026 Global Business Transformation Program expected to generate $20 million to $30 million in annualized cost savings.
