Public Policy Holding Company, Inc. (PPHC) announced the completion of its acquisition of Tancredi Intelligent Communication Ltd, a strategic communications and advisory firm based in London. Tancredi will operate as part of PPHC's TrailRunner International group, enhancing PPHC's expertise in crisis and litigation communications, corporate communications, and M&A. The acquisition strengthens TrailRunner International's presence in London and expands its geographic reach with offices in Milan and Los Angeles. Tancredi brings a team of 22 professionals and a roster of international clients across various sectors. For the year ended December 31, 2025, Tancredi reported unaudited net revenues of 4.3 million and profit before tax of 1.3 million. The initial consideration for the acquisition was 8.0 million, paid through a combination of cash and newly issued PPHC common shares. Additional future earnout payments are possible, contingent on Tancredi's profit growth between 2026 and 2030, with the aggregate consideration potentially reaching up to 25 million.
