Perrigo Company plc has appointed two new independent directors, Salman Amin and Omer Gajial, to its Board of Directors, effective June 30, 2026. The Board's size has been increased from 8 to 10 members to accommodate these appointments. Salman Amin brings over 30 years of experience in the global consumer products industry, having previously served as CEO of pladis Global and holding senior roles at SC Johnson, PepsiCo, and Procter & Gamble. Omer Gajial has extensive experience in retail, e-commerce, and consumer health, currently serving as CEO of GoTo Foods and formerly as EVP and Chief Merchandising & Digital Officer at Albertsons Companies. Mr. Amin will join the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Gajial will serve on the Talent and Compensation Committee.
