The Board of Directors declared a supplemental dividend of $0.03 per share for the second quarter of 2026. This supplemental payment is in addition to the previously declared base dividend of $0.36 per share for the same period. Both the supplemental and base dividends are payable on July 13, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 26, 2026. The supplemental dividend is funded by excess undistributed net investment income.
