The company will pay $39.5 million to resolve DPP claims and $34.0 million to resolve NCSP claims, totaling $73.5 million. The settlements remain subject to court approval. Claims from the End-User Class (EUP) remain pending and are not covered by these agreements. The company maintains no admission of wrongdoing or liability.
