Ondas Inc. has made a $10 million strategic investment in World View Enterprises, Inc. A partnership agreement has been signed to collaborate on multi-domain and multi-modal Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) solutions for commercial and defense customers. The collaboration aims to integrate World View's high-altitude, long-endurance stratospheric balloon systems with Ondas' unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) capabilities. Target customers include the U.S. Department of War (DoW), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), allied defense and homeland security organizations, and critical infrastructure operators. The partnership will prioritize workstreams including solution concepts for layered ISR coverage, target mission applications, technical and operational integration planning, and joint go-to-market evaluation.
