David W. Thomas will retire from the Board of Directors of Ohio Valley Banc Corp. and its subsidiary, The Ohio Valley Bank Company, at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Thomas's retirement is due to reaching the age of 70, in accordance with the company's mandatory retirement policy for directors. His retirement is not a result of any disagreement with the Company or the Bank. Thomas E. Wiseman will retire from his position as Chairman of the Board of Ohio Valley Banc Corp. and The Ohio Valley Bank Company, effective at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Wiseman will continue to serve as a director of both the Company and the Bank after stepping down as Chairman.
