XMAX Inc. has increased the annual base salaries for its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The salary adjustments were approved by the Compensation Committee and the Board of Directors on July 1, 2026. Mr. Xiaohua Lu's (CEO) annual base salary increased from $80,000 to $160,000. Mr. Yizhou (Steven) Zhao's (COO) annual base salary increased from $80,000 to $159,000. Mr. Jeffery Chuang's (CFO) annual base salary increased from $70,000 to $80,000. These changes are effective from July 1, 2026, and all other terms of their employment agreements remain unchanged.
