Guy Sirkes, Executive Vice President and CFO, is resigning effective May 11, 2026, to pursue another opportunity. Heather Schmidt, currently Senior Vice President of Strategic Development and Investor Relations, will assume the role of Interim CFO on May 11, 2026. Ms. Schmidt has been with the company since 2012 and brings extensive experience in strategic development, M&A, and investor relations. The company will continue to search for a permanent CFO.
