Net income for the 2025 fourth quarter increased 65.9% to $449.2 million, from $270.7 million in the 2024 fourth quarter. Net income per diluted share for the 2025 fourth quarter increased 64.9% to $0.46, from $0.28 in the 2024 fourth quarter. Net sales for the full year ended December 31, 2025, increased 10.7% to $8.29 billion, from $7.49 billion for the year ended December 31, 2024. Operating income for the full year 2025 increased 25.3% to $2.42 billion, from $1.93 billion for the year ended December 31, 2024. Net income for the full year 2025 increased 26.3% to $1.91 billion, from $1.51 billion for the year ended December 31, 2024. Net income per diluted share for the full year 2025 increased 29.9% to $1.94, from $1.49 for the year ended December 31, 2024. Net sales for the Alcohol Brands segment decreased 16.8% to $29.0 million for the 2025 fourth quarter, and included $51.2 million in impairment charges.
