Mission Produce and Calavo Growers have obtained necessary antitrust approval from Mexico's Federal Economic Competition Commission (COFECE). The acquisition of Calavo by Mission Produce is now expected to be consummated on May 28, 2026, pending the satisfaction of remaining closing conditions. The companies previously filed a joint proxy statement/prospectus on Form S-4, which has been effective since March 25, 2026.
