Sui Group Holdings Limited entered into an Amended and Restated Digital Asset Loan Agreement with BlueFin Labs Inc. on June 19, 2026. The company is lending an additional 4,000,000 SUI tokens to BlueFin, bringing the total loan amount to 6,000,000 SUI tokens. The additional capital is designated to finance the acquisition of Suilend assets by Bluewater Labs Inc. In exchange, Sui Group will receive a fee equal to 11.00% of the revenues generated by BlueFin and its associated entities, including the acquired Suilend assets.
