Marathon Petroleum Corporation (MPC) reported the passing of director Abdulaziz F. Alkhayyal on June 26, 2026. Mr. Alkhayyal had been a member of the Board of Directors since 2016. He served on the Compensation and Organization Development Committee and the Sustainability and Public Policy Committee.
