Magnachip Semiconductor Corporation has appointed Chae Lee as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Camillo Martino will transition from Interim CEO to Chairman of the Board, continuing his role. Chae Lee brings over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including leadership roles at Tagore Technology, Insyte Systems, NXP Semiconductors, and Maxim Integrated Products. Lee's compensation package includes an annual base salary of $560,000, with a target annual bonus of 100% of base salary, potentially up to 200% based on performance. He will receive an initial equity award of 875,000 shares, comprising time-based restricted stock units, performance stock units, and stock options, vesting over four years with performance-based acceleration options. The company also announced an increase in the Board size from four to five directors, with Lee appointed as a director. Camillo Martino's consulting and executive services agreements were terminated, with a lump sum payment and accelerated vesting of 105,484 restricted stock units as part of the separation.
