Mark Hacker, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Public Sector, will retire from Lumen Technologies, Inc. on May 15, 2026. Mr. Hacker will cease serving in his current executive role on April 20, 2026, to pursue a personal calling to vocational ministry. Jennifer Hodges, previously Senior Vice President, Corporate Governance, Securities, Transactions and Litigation, has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, effective April 20, 2026. Jeff Sharritts, Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer, will assume responsibility for the company's public sector operations. Mr. Hacker will provide transition services to the company through his retirement date to ensure an orderly handover of his roles.
