Liquidmetal Technologies, Inc. announced a change in its independent registered public accounting firm. Effective June 15, 2026, BCRG Group's attest business was acquired by Simon & Edward LLP (S&E). Consequently, on June 26, 2026, the Company's Board of Directors dismissed BCRG Group and appointed S&E as the new independent auditor. S&E will now provide the audit services previously handled by BCRG Group. The company stated that there were no disagreements or reportable events with BCRG Group during the fiscal years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, or the interim period through March 31, 2026. The company also confirmed that it did not consult with S&E on any accounting or auditing matters prior to their appointment.
