Michael K. Kneller, who has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since 2005, is resigning from Landstar System, Inc. The resignation is effective May 8, 2026, as Mr. Kneller transitions to the law firm Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, P.C. Vallie S. Dugas, currently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, will assume the role of Interim Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary effective May 8, 2026.
