L3Harris Technologies appointed Kenneth Sharp as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective March 16, 2026. Mr. Sharp, 55, brings over 30 years of financial leadership experience, having previously served as CFO for Peraton, Inc., DXC Technology Company, and Northrop Grumman Corporation's Defense Systems business. Kenneth Bedingfield, the former CFO, will now exclusively lead the Missile Solutions segment as President, focusing on rapidly scaling solid rocket motor manufacturing and preparing for its initial public offering later this year. Mr. Sharp's compensation package includes an annual base salary of $875,000, a target annual cash incentive of 100% of his base salary, and target annual equity of $3,250,000. He will also receive a one-time restricted stock unit grant valued at $3,500,000, vesting ratably over four years, and a $1,000,000 cash sign-on bonus subject to a 24-month clawback, along with relocation benefits.
