KULR Technology Group has officially extended the suspension of its at-the-market (ATM) equity offering program with Cantor Fitzgerald and Craig-Hallum. The pause is effective through September 30, 2026. Management intends to utilize existing liquidity and potential sales of Bitcoin holdings to fund operations rather than issuing new equity at current market levels. Strategic priorities for funding include scaling the KULR ONE Space (K1S) architecture, ramping production of KULR ONE Air products, and advancing KULR ONE MAX battery backup solutions.
