Golkor Inc. dismissed LAO Professionals as its independent registered public accounting firm on December 5, 2025. Davidson & Company LLP was appointed as the new independent registered public accounting firm on the same date. The decision to change auditors was approved by the Board of Directors. LAO Professionals' reports for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2024, included an explanatory paragraph regarding the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. There were no disagreements between Golkor Inc. and LAO Professionals on accounting principles, practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope/procedure during the two most recent fiscal years (ended November 30, 2024 and 2023) and through December 5, 2025. Golkor Inc. did not consult with Davidson & Company LLP on accounting principles or audit opinions prior to their appointment.
