Cordoba Minerals Corp., a majority-owned subsidiary of Ivanhoe Electric Inc., announced that JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. shareholders approved the Waiver and Amending Agreement. The agreement facilitates the sale of Cordoba's remaining 50% interest in the Alacrán Project, along with all other exploration assets in Colombia and certain accounts receivable. The closing of this transaction is scheduled for March 6, 2026.
