Ionis presented new data from the CORE-OLE open-label extension study at the National Lipid Association Scientific Sessions. The study evaluated olezarsen in patients with severe hypertriglyceridemia (sHTG). Results from 53 patients showed mean hepatic fat fraction (HFF) levels returning toward baseline after 24 months of 80 mg dosing. Patient retention in the extension study remains high at over 90% of eligible participants.
