Jim Stephens, President of Cardiac Rhythm Management & Neuromodulation, will transition to the role of Executive Vice President, Special Projects, effective June 29, 2026. The new role is scheduled to conclude on March 31, 2027. Mr. Stephens will not be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive awards for the 2027 fiscal year. The transition includes specific provisions regarding Change of Control agreements and separation terms.
