Tim Ruan, CFO of Ocumension Therapeutics, joins the Audit Committee as a financial expert. Dr. Johnny Fox Arrowsmith, a patent attorney and life sciences expert, joins the Nominating Committee. Matthew McMurdo resigned from the Board of Directors effective April 22, 2026, with no reported disagreements. The new directors will receive an annual cash retainer of $30,000 each.
