Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Board of Directors increased its size from eleven to twelve members. Gianni Marostica was appointed to the Board of Directors, effective March 27, 2026. Mr. Marostica will serve as a Class II member of the Board. His term will last until the Company's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders and until his successor is duly elected and qualified. Mr. Marostica will receive compensation for his service on the same basis as all other non-employee directors.
